A foundation for further growth

The big challenge at Cloudpillo was to go from a single product store, with only the pillow, to a company-wide framework where multiple products introduced and tested could grow. Together, we developed strategies and structures for the team, the website, email campaigns and advertising, that allowed us to scale up in all areas at the same time.

Growth in products, channels and people

At the start of the collaboration, 80% of the turnover came from the Cloudpillo Original pillow. In the following 1.5 years, its turnover grew x3, while we introduced 10+ new products. Total sales rose by more than 1400%. We also helped sign up for the biggest eCommerce awards in the Netherlands — and of course, Cloudpillo won them all. As icing on the cake, Cloudpillo was named the fastest growing eCommerce brand in the Netherlands in early 2025.

Black Friday 2024

As a final project, we set up a strategy for Cloudpillo for Black Friday 2024. Based on this strategy, we and the team produced more than 200 videos, 150 still ads, 5 website themes and 50 emails. The result? An Early Access Launch Day with over 10,000 orders. That's just scaling!
