Somnox was the first to hop on board. Elias helped implement Firmhouse — a tool that also allowed them to sell via subscriptions. The new model halved the CPA within six months.
At the beginning of 2021, Elias joined Somnox — based on his experience with subscription models. Together, we launched the Try & Buy model: first rent, then buy. The result? A lower threshold, more trust and more users who were going to try the sleep robot.
During his time at Somnox, Elias was also involved in the crowdfunding campaign. Through Crowd About Now, we raised more than 1 million euros in growth money. Elias set out the strategy for email campaigns and advertising — successfully.
With the new Try & Buy offer, we worked with the team on new creatives and email campaigns. And it worked. Within a few months, the CPA fell by 50% and the number of units sold rose by nearly 150%.
