Responsibilities

What will your day-to-day look like?

Design test variants for product pages, collections, carts and landing pages.
Turn CRO findings and test briefs into designs that can be built and measured.
Work in Figma, inside each client's design system, with a handover developers love.
Take short, visual feedback rounds and iterate fast. No 40-page PDFs.
Turn what wins into patterns we reuse across clients.

Your goal: designs that win tests.

Requirements

You bring the eye. And the curiosity about why people buy.

Proven UX experience in e-commerce: conversion first, mobile first, clarity over decoration.
Figma at a high level: components, auto layout, variants.
A portfolio with Shopify or D2C work.
You can explain a design choice with data or a user insight, not just taste.
CRO or A/B testing experience is a strong plus.
You work independently and own your work from brief to live.

Fluent English is required. Dutch is a plus.
